Prices
The rental fee for Casa Kenwood Guesthouses adjusts depending on the season.
The current rate for Studio Azul is $159/night (two-night minimum).
The current rate for Casita Roja is $139/night (two night minimum).
Discounts apply for weekly and/or monthly reservations (7 days = 20% discount, 30 days or more = 30% discount)
Occupancy Tax (15%) is charged for stays under 30 days.
Posted prices are subject to change. Dates during SXSW and ACL Fest, Formula One and other special events are subject to higher rates, so please contact us for pricing.
Pets are welcome with a one-time $25 fee.

We live on-site, so there is a full-time on-site staff.
Standard check-in is at 3pm, check-out at 11am (this allows us time to ready the places for new arrivals).
Reservation Procedure:
1) Check the calendar link for the guesthouse of your choice to see if your dates are available;
2) Send an email request for a reservation to christina@ casakenwoodguesthouses.com
In the body of your email, please include the following:
Which guesthouse are you interested in?
What is your check-in date?
What is your check-out date?
How many people (adults and children)?
Will you like to bring your pet with you?
What is your contact phone number?
How did you stumble across our website?

Full payment is due upon booking because once a reservation is made, your chosen space and dates will no longer be available to other travelers. If something happens that you cannot make your trip, please contact us and we will make every effort to re-book your nights and issue a full refund. If we are able to re-rent out your cancelled dates, you will get a refund for those dates that we are able to re-book. (Refunds will be issued upon receiving funds from the new booking. Please allow at least 30 days from your originally booked dates for refunds).
